Orders & Shipping
How does it work?
All orders require a signature upon receipt, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by photogifts and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
We are unable to redirect orders to an alternative address once the order has been dispatched. Please select the most suitable shipping address when checking out.
Dispatch times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or transaction failures.
We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches the chosen mailing address as soon as possible. However due to covid-19, do allow 7-12 working days for your order to be processed and printed. Delivery times above should be calculated from the day after your order has been successfully processed and printed (and you will receive an email letting you know your order is completed).
We’re closed on weekends and public holidays, so no production takes place on those days.
All orders shipped are trackable and require a signature. Standard orders to the Singapore are delivered by courier for $8 and free for orders above $75. The delivery cost is based on the product’s size and weight.
If a product is delivered free of charge this is clearly displayed on your checkout page.
A non-standard product is something that’s considered to be fragile, perishable, high value, large, heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements. For these products, the above costs won’t apply – you’ll find the delivery cost on the product page.
Delivery lead time
Delivery times are only estimates, and services are provided by third party logistic partner. This means that we cannot be responsible for delivery times or services once your order is shipped out. Please expect delays during peak periods (e.g. Christmas). We also cannot be responsible for orders or items that are lost.
The details of delivery times will be shown on the relevant product page and we will let you know via email when we aim to dispatch your products once the order has been received.
If you want more information about delivery for a product that you’ve already ordered, please contact us using the contact link on your order confirmation email. If you require further assistance please get in touch with us – we’ll be happy to assist.
Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (for example, bad weather or postal strike). If this happens either we or our logistic partner will contact you and, where possible and appropriate, will agree a revised delivery date with you. Once your order has been dispatched, the seller will be in touch again to let you know when to expect delivery.
Based on your location, delivery times are:
- Singapore – 2 to 3 working days
- Asia Pacific – 7 to 14 working days
- Europe – 7 to 21 working days
- North America – 7 to 21 working days
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day upon print production with the exception of Singapore public holidays and peak periods where this may take longer. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, photogifts cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Delivery & promotion
If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to standard Singapore delivery only.

If you wish to purchase from a country not listed above, please contact us at email@example.com and we will advise you on the relevant shipping methods and charges.
The cost for delivery is calculated based on the destination, size and the weight of the product. All orders shipped are trackable and require a signature upon delivery.
